These terms are an agreement between you and Kohuwa Tech, which makes In Dino. By signing in you agree to them.

Who can use In Dino

You must be at least 18 and give your real date of birth. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Meeting people safely

• Plans happen in the real world. Meet in public places, tell someone where you’re going, and leave if you feel unsafe.
• Hosts are responsible for the plans they create, including any costs, bookings and permissions.
• In Dino reviews plans before they go live but doesn’t supervise plans and isn’t responsible for what happens at them.

What’s not allowed

• Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, or content involving minors.
• Spam, scams, fake accounts, selling, or promoting paid services without permission.
• Illegal activity, or sharing someone else’s private information or photos without consent.
• Trying to break, overload or get around the app’s security or limits.

Your content

You own what you post. You give Kohuwa Tech a licence to host and show it to the people you choose, only to run In Dino. Remove it any time.

Enforcement

We may remove content, take down plans, or pause or close accounts that break these terms. Use Report in the app to flag anything that worries you.

The service

In Dino is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Kohuwa Tech isn’t liable for indirect losses or for the conduct of other users.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you in the app before changes apply. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
